Coaching Packages

  • Discover Your Unique Design: Strengths Coaching | 3 Sessions

This includes three(3) 60-minute strengths coaching sessions.

Strengths coaching is a personalized approach to personal and professional development based on the CliftonStrengths assessment. Developed by Gallup, the CliftonStrengths assessment identifies an individual's top strengths or talents, which are organized into 34 unique themes.

Focusing on leveraging strengths rather than fixing weaknesses, the process involves exploration, self-discovery, and action planning to help individuals apply their strengths to their life.

Note that taking the CliftonStrengths 34 Assessment is a separate cost through Gallup.

Every session is opened in prayer inviting the Holy Spirit to take the lead on the direction of our time together. Between sessions, I offer devotions and mass for the intentions of all my clients.

FAQs

  • The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as "partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential."

    Coaching is…

    1. Client-focused and forward moving

    2. Focusing on learning, discovery, possibility, action, and growth

    3. Overcoming challenges and times when we feel stuck

    4. Enabling people to reach their goals

    Coaching is NOT…

    1. Therapy: focusing on the past, pain, or pathology

    2. Consulting: problem solving

    3. Mentoring: offering advice based on experience

    4. Spiritual Direction: advisement on spiritual life

  • We follow the Magisterium, the teaching authority of the Catholic Church, and integrate our Catholic spirituality in guiding clients toward God's vision for their life.

Incredible transformation occurs when we partner with the Holy Spirit, maintain a Christ-centered atmosphere, and request the intercession of Our Blessed Mother. At Meek & Humble, our greatest joy is the opportunity to bring our clients to fruitfulness in their journey toward holiness.

  • Coaching sessions are typically 60 minutes via Zoom. You may choose to do the call with video or just audio.

During the session, we will first begin with prayer. Then, we will define your focus for the session and what you would like to achieve. At the end of the session, I will guide you in developing an action plan. All sessions are confidential, allowing you to explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe and non-judgemental environment.

  • Depending on the package you select, you may meet as frequently as three times a month. The client is responsible for scheduling appointments at the frequency they prefer. See coaching packages for details.

  • There are no expiration dates for each package. You can schedule sessions at your convenience, and there's no pressure to do so until you're ready. However, if I haven't seen you in more than a month, I will do a friendly check-in on your progress.

  • The number of sessions you need will depend on where you are and the outcome you are seeking. We recommend a minimum commitment of six months to experience results.

As you find yourself becoming more self-aware, confident and able to effectively respond to new situations, you will know when you are ready to close the coaching journey.

  • There is no homework required. You are responsible for following through with the actions you planned at the end of each session. If you find yourself unable to accomplish some actions, we will assess them during the next session to determine necessary changes. I value taking small, sustainable steps toward your end goal. The most important thing is that you are learning about yourself with each session, building the tools you need to make decisions and achieve your desired outcome.
