Meek & Humble is a rhythm of being that flows from God's abundance.
“He will be like a tree firmly planted by streams of water, Which yields its fruit in its season And its leaf does not wither; And in whatever he does, he prospers.”
Psalms 1:3
The mission of Meek & Humble is to encourage Catholics toward simplicity, reclaiming time and space to rest in God and partner with Him to a beautiful, harmonious and flourishing life.
“Come to me…learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart; and you will find rest for yourselves.” — Jesus, Matthew 11:28-29
meek & humble story
At a time when I was wrestling with and deeply discerning God’s purpose in me, there were multiple sightings of Matthew 11:28-30 in books, at mass, a sign near a bus stop and other places I did not expect. I knew in my heart God was calling me to rest in Him and I asked Him, “How?” The words, "Learn from Me, for I am meek and humble of heart" resounded within me. In His Word, I discovered profound wisdom and a path to fruitful and abundant living that we can live today even as we carry our personal crosses. God’s heart is for you and I invite you to rest in Him so that you may come to know who you belong to and what you were made for.

Affirmation of Faith
Apostles' Creed
I believe in God,
the Father almighty,
Creator of heaven and earth,
and in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord,
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
born of the Virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died and was buried;
he descended into hell;
on the third day he rose again from the dead;
he ascended into heaven,
and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty;
from there he will come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the holy catholic Church,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and life everlasting.
Amen.
“There is freedom in simplicity. The more little we become, the greater we allow God to be. Only then, can we live the life He always intended for us.”
