📦 Domestic Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we’re experiencing high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We’ll notify you via email or phone if your order will be significantly delayed.

We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

🌍 International Shipping Policy

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Meek & Humble is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

🚚 Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers are usually active within 24 hours.

❗ Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier or our support team to file a claim. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items for the claim process.

↩️ Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if items are unused and in original condition.
Exchanges are available for defective or damaged products.
Final sale items, digital downloads, and custom/personalized items cannot be returned.
