📦 Domestic Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we’re experiencing high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We’ll notify you via email or phone if your order will be significantly delayed.

🚚 Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

❗ Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier or our support team to file a claim. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items for the claim process.

↩️ Returns & Exchanges
