Client Experience

"Jesus, help me to simplify my life by learning what you want me to be and becoming that person."

St. Thérèse of Lisieux, pray for us.

St. Thérèse is best known for her "Little Way," a spiritual approach that emphasizes the significance of small acts of love and humility in daily life. Her mission was the pursuit of holiness through simplicity, trust in God's mercy, and self-surrender to God's will. She believed that even the smallest actions, done with great love and intention, could bring one closer to God and contribute to the well-being of others.

The Coaching Method

  1. Seek

We begin the coaching process by defining your focus and vision for the session. Then we will go into deeper exploration seeking what is required to get you to your ideal outcome. This is where the deep work happens, allowing God to reveal insights about yourself and where He is leading you.

  2. Step

The greatest learning happens during the journey, not at the destination. Good habits are formed by small decisions over time. Therefore, the best growth is slow. At your pace, I help you plan gentle and lowly action steps to meet your goals.

  3. Systematize

Together, we will build a sustainable system that works with you and not against you. An intentional system reduces the amount of energy you put into doing so you can spend more time being.

“The more you have, the more you are occupied. The less you have, the more free you are.”

St. Teresa of Calcutta, pray for us.

Mother Teresa’s mission was to extend God's love to the most vulnerable in society and embrace them in their suffering.
